Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car was getting serviced and I needed to rent a car and this place is amazing from the Beginning to the end. Patrick made it so simple and easy No wait time before you know it I was into my Rent-A-Car and out the door. Without no complications, amazing. !!Then when I bought the car back, Brenda was just as wonderful Such an easy return with no hassle. I would like to thank Patrick and Brenda for making this car rental experience so easy and smooth, this is my go to place if I ever need to rent a car again.plus I would highly recommend this place to anybody that needs to rent a car..THE BEST.

First time I encountered this location my car was struck while parked. 2nd time my truck was a total loss. The 2nd time I dealt with Brenda and she has customer service skills , good conversation and she listens I appreciate the team there at that location. Keep up the good work

I was extremely disappointed by the experience at this Enterprise location. I have tried various Enterprises in NYC, and this was by far the worst I have been to. On arrival, there were multiple groups of people who had not been helped or addressed, and the employees randomly selected groups to assist rather than having an organized line or system. Unfortunately, every single person had to wait over 30-45 minutes to obtain their car after the enterprise employee located them at a snail like pace. Although I was 15 minutes early for my reservation, I ended up obtaining my car 1.5 hours later than the reservation time. The employees shared that the cars all had to be cleaned and filled up with gas, and that process had not been initiated before our individual check in.

Patrick is the best Enterprise representative I’ve ever met. Even in brutal weather, he never lost his smile or his kind, cheerful attitude. Everything went smoothly with his help. He’s a big reason I trust this company. Good people.

I don't generally write reviews unless I get BRUTAL service from someone or a company. BUT, I must say that out of all the times I've rented a car in my lifetime the experience at this location was the BEST I've ever had. Delores (Dee) explained everything in full detail when I picked up the car. Brenda had a great attitude and got me out of there quickly when I returned. And Patrick calling me to follow up and tell me everything was okay with the car was an extra added touch of excellence. If you ever need to rent a car I would definitely recommend the 38th Avenue Enterprise in Long Island City. They made what is usually a stressful, corporate headache into a smooth process. Kudos to whoever hires such good staff. Keep up the good work.
