Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had an appointment and they gave us a few great options. Vehicle was clean and gassed up. Customer service was on point. Will consider this location for future rentals.

I truly appreciate the service I received at this Enterprise location. I could tell they were short staff, but they still provided timely and friendly service. My wait time was short, considering the team was short staffed. The staff was friendly given said pressure. They were also kind enough to let me keep my car on their lot because I did not know I could not keep my car there. Truly appreciated the accommodations. Returning the car was also simple.

When I picked up the rental, it had a very strong odor and I had to drive with the with the windows down so I could stop sneezing. I had called and spoke with Michael and he had assured he would get my issue addressed promptly. When I went to pick up the replacement, just like my first visit, I was in and out in no time. The customer service is top notch at this location.

Aside from EXTREMELY long hold times when calling…Once you are actually able to speak to a representative in the office the customer service is top tier. I recently called to ask where I could send a positive review for the representative I had been working with as I was impressed with his care and professionalism during a significantly stressful time for myself and my family due to loss of our vehicle and other stressors. After near 25 minutes on hold to do so…I gave up.

I accidentally reserved the wrong size SUV for my group, but staff were super helpful helping me choose an option that would work. Oneal went out of his way and found me another option at a nearby Enterprise in case I wanted to trade for a larger vehicle. He followed up to make sure I had a vehicle for our family vacation that would be comfortable and fit everyone’s luggage. Really appreciated everything they did to start our vacation right.
