Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have had some very special rentals at the Mableton Parkway location. My first Mustang convertible and when I had a very special formal date, they put me in a beautiful Ford F150 King Ranch that was soooo nice that I didn’t want to return it. I tend to extend quite a large number of my rentals especially when I enjoy driving a very special vehicle. I have only rented from Enterprise in the last two decades.

From my online reservation to pick up, the rental process was seamless. However, the best part of this rental process was the customer service. Spencer was nice and personable. I also appreciated how he called me following my after-hours return. This type of personal customer service is something that is lacking many places and I am glad to receive it here. I would definitely go back to this location.

The staff was very kind and accommodating when I was late for my reservation. They did not have to work with me, but they did to the best of their abilities. When returning cars after hours, they have signs posted that the renter is responsible until they are able to inspect the car next day...so just be mindful of that if you choose to return after hours.

The current staff has been great. I have rented several times and each time I was assisted by the assistant manager. I do not have his card in front of me and do not want to disrespect him by butchering his name. It starts with a J. I should have waited until I was back and able to access his card. Please acknowledge him for me. He is the reason I continue to rent from Enterprise. He singlehandedly restored my faith in Enterprise. This young man deserves some type of recognition, bonus, raise or something beyond a good old "atta boy". Let's step outside the pat on the back and truly recognize this outstanding employee. Spencer thank you and your team for years of great hospitality and service! I picked my rental up on Friday through an insurance claim. I was given a Toyota Corolla, which wasn’t my cup of tea, but Spencer told me I could come back Monday morning and swap it out. Long story short after a few days in the Toyota Corolla and seeing how gas efficient it was I fell in love with it lol wouldn’t mind owning one in the near future! Thank again guys job well done 👍🏽
