Enterprise Rent-A-Car

AVOID ENTERPRISE AT ALL COST. Outright TERRIBLE experience. Came in for a rental today because I turned my truck in to Arrigo for service. We were brought out on the lot to select a vehicle and were informed which ones were under the arrigo rate. We selected a gray minivan because we were looking for legroom. The representative "Bryan Chang" let us know that he would be pulling THAT specific van out back to be cleaned and that it would take 15 minutes. We picked out a nice GRAY one. After about 20 we noticed that the van hadn't moved yet and we went to ask what happened. We then were told that they were cleaning a WHITE van for us that we didn't request. Then ANOTHER sales representative "Mauricio" comes out and asks what the issue is, we explain that NOBODY communicated with us before giv

I want to thank Matt for saving my trip! I had booked a reservation with another location, but just 30 minutes before my pickup time, they called to say there were no cars available and that they’d call back when one came in. No one ever called back, and no one tried to help me with any other options. After calling around to several Enterprise locations and getting a “no” each time, I made one last call — and that’s when I spoke with Matt. He helped me book a new reservation right away and told me to come in because he had a vehicle ready for me. Sure enough, when I got there, I paid my deposit and was on my way! ⭐ 1 Star – Outrageously Bad Service, Overpriced Junk Cars, and Staff With Attitudes for No Reason If you ever wondered what the bottom of the barrel looks like in the rental car world, just visit the Enterprise on State Road 7 in Margate. This place is practically a case study in how not to run a business. Their customer service is so bad it’s almost a talent — every call is a marathon of prompts just to end up with someone who clearly wishes you hadn’t dialed at all. We rented a car from Frankie at this location in Margate and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Frankie was excellent to work with and he's definitely an asset to enterprise. I highly recommend this location for a rental car.
