Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented a car from this place before, but my last experience wasn’t the best. There were some unexpected charges that made the final bill higher than I anticipated. However, after discussing it with the staff, the representative was understanding and worked with me to adjust the price, which I appreciated. I hope pricing can be clearer in the future, but I’m glad they were willing to resolve the issue.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. My boyfriend had a reserved car and even called ahead of time to confirm that his temporary license would be accepted. He was explicitly told over the phone that everything was set and there would be no issues. When we arrived, we were suddenly told the temporary license would not be accepted and the reservation was denied. While we understood that the mix-up itself may not have been Megan’s fault, the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and repeatedly made it feel like the mistake was somehow our fault. At no point did she attempt to problem-solve or show empathy. This is now the second bad experience we’ve had with this specific Enterprise location.

Staff was very accommodating, transparent and friendly. Very easy turnaround. Brought the rental car to and pickup it up from the repair shop. Car was clean and ran very well. Excellent all around.

After a very miserable experience at Hertz down the road my insurance company switched me over to Enterprise and they were so quick to help and get me into a rental right away. I worked with Tatum and she was so kind and professional. They put me in a midsized SUV that was in great shape and very clean. Highly recommend working with this shop!
