Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Renting online was super easy. I booked a Nissan Sentra for a week and the whole reservation process was quick and straightforward. When I had to change my return date and even switch the return location, it wasn’t a hassle at all. Everything was explained clearly and updated without any confusion. The Matamoras, PA location was great to deal with. Both of the salesmen I worked with were friendly and actually helpful, not pushy. They answered my questions, walked me through the changes I needed to make, and made sure everything was set so I didn’t have to stress about it. It just felt easy. The Sentra was clean, drove well, and did exactly what I needed it to do. This was a smooth experience and I’d definitely rent from that location again.

Excellent Car Rental service… Great staff, cordial and helpful. I have always had a positive experience and I have rented from them for a few years now. Their automobiles are clean, well serviced and they have a variety of models. My experience with this company has always been a positive one. The manager in Matamoras runs a very nice establishment!

Go to a different Enterprise location!!! I reserved a car and was supposed to pick it up at 10:30 a.m. We had sleet & freezing rain that morning, so I called the 800 number to change my pick-up time to 3:30 that afternoon. I received email confirmation of the pick up time change. When I called around 3 to say I was on my way, the person I spoke to had no record of the pick up time change. She said they'd tried contacting me, but I had no voice mail, no email, and their number was not in my call history. And, they did not have a car for me to rent. I lost out on a promising job interview because of this. I've dealt with several other Enterprise locations & have never experienced any issues. This is the 2nd time the Matamoras location screwed up a reservation for me. I've learned my lesson -

I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise in Matamoras, PA. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Communication was clear, and scheduling both pickup and return was smooth and easy. Overall, a stress-free experience—I would definitely rent from Enterprise again and recommend them to others.

I made a reservation for a car rental today for 1230. I called them to confirm they had a car for me and told them I was on my way in to get the rental. After I arrived at 1230 I found that they had already closed even though their posted hours were 1 pm. This ruined our weekend plans and put my family in a terrible position. Horrible customer service as well when I called the. Hung up on me after putting me on hold for five minutes. I had to cal back. Do better Enterprise. These people are ruining your great reputation. I will think twice next time I rent a car somewhere.
