Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After having the vehicle for 2 days a local employee called me & told me to return the vehicle because it needed an oil change. It was the day after Christmas and I had just been in an accident in my own vehicle, it was a stressful time. I told the employee the oil life was at 95% & it didn't need an oil change. She said they don't go by that. One customer service agent from another country said i would be charged for not taking it back for the oil change. After talking to another customer service agent that spoke English, she said she was "blown away" at the things I was telling her & I would be "compensated" for the frustrations. I wasn't compensated but I wasn't charged for not bring it back early for the oil change either. If the vehichle needed an oil change it should have been done b

Goodness, my journey from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing. Charity is absolutely a pleasure to work with, always made sure I had what I needed and was prompt and professional. Never had issues with the car I rented and had it for almost 2 months. I’ll be glad when I get my truck back tomorrow but equally appreciative of having a reliable vehicle with great customer service.

We had a great experience with Charity at the McAlester Enterprise location. She was so pleasant and thorough with our check-in and check-out process. I also witnessed her handle some other customers who were obviously having bad days, as they needed to rent vehicles while theirs were in the shop. Charity was sympathetic and helpful as well as patient at times when they were not as kind as they could have been. She handled the situation professionally and represented Enterprise and their policies well. She is an excellent employee and Enterprise is blessed to have her.

So, I’m not sure if I should be embarrassed or offended. You be the judge. I go to pick up my scheduled rental car at the local enterprise location. The manager/only employee was with another customer when I walked in. I walked in because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to pick me up from the body shop. I waited until she had concluded with the other customer and she called me over and asked for my drivers license and insurance. I asked if I could have either of the pick up trucks or the Tahoe that were sitting on the lot. She said neither of the trucks were available, and she didn’t have a Tahoe. I let her know that there was in fact a Tahoe on the lot. She told me it was not available until maybe later on this afternoon. She added there was an extra fee for the Tahoe. Another customer

Arrived 3 hrs early but was able to get me a car so I could be on my way. Staff was very friendly on both ends. No issues or complaints
