Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a reservation for an upcoming vacation for our family of 5. Reserved either an SUV or minivan with a 3rd row seat. They called me Wednesday to confirm said reservation. I called them back and was transferred to their customer service where I confirmed and was told that they would send that message to this branch. I get there today, and they have no record of the confirmation. Wanted to take my payment before showing me the “options” available. The only options were sedans or a 15 passenger van. The associate was very non chalant about it. I asked her to call different locations and she called two and apparently they didn’t have any either. This is the second time this location has done this. I’m getting married tomorrow and going on vacation, hence the reason for a reservatio

This is my second terrible experience with Enterprise, and at this point I can confidently say this company has the worst customer service and reservation system I’ve ever dealt with. Back in October, I made a reservation through Expedia for a 7-seater SUV. The morning I called to confirm the vehicle was ready, I was told they “couldn’t confirm my reservation” because there was no phone number on file—even though my Expedia booking clearly had my number attached. As a result, the reservation wasn’t honored and I ended up without a car. Fast forward to my second reservation for December 25th. After what happened last time, I called on December 21st to confirm early. I was told again that they “might not have the vehicle” and to call back Monday. I called first thing Monday morning at 9 A

Made a reservation. Got a confirmation number show up to pick up my car and they tell me that they don't have it. They said they called me several times but did not leave a message. They did not text and they did not email me. Just tell me that they don't have a car for me and there was nothing they could do. Truly pathetic. Truly unprofessional. Doesn't take much to send an email to say that you're canceling the reservation. We'll never use this company again. Stay far away

I book a reservation at this location two days prior to my pick up I had to pick up for 8 AM. I received a call at 7:45 telling me that it was no cars available and I will be notified as soon as one comes available. I waited all day, basically wasting my whole day.Every time I go to this location They never have any cars I don’t understand why make a reservation if you guys don’t have any cars that doesn’t make any sense and I have lost money on top of money just from Communication era im a goal member and I rent all the time for enterprise may have to wait. Just a for few minutes but not a whole day. I am very disappointed with this location. Thanks could have been better just dispointed smh…. Dont waste your time making resvation at this location… I will never go back to this location…

This was my first time renting through this Emterprise and it was a million times better than the one in Stockbridge. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for both pick up and drop off. TJ was excellent. He took the time to make sure the car was all set up for me. This will be the location i utilize from now on.
