I had an excellent experience renting from the Enterprise location in Medford, MA. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the team made sure I was fully informed about the vehicle and rental process. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Drop-off was just as easy and efficient. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable vehicles and top-notch service. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise Medford again

Got a Chevy Equinox for a midsize SUV that I was requested online. It was really nice. Charlotte the customer service representative stayed a few minutes late since I called and let her know I was on the highway exit to Mystic Ave. I was grateful. She was very nice and courteous and I'm still apologetic a bout that since I got caught up at an appointment. The car was nice and so nice to drive and I'm pleased with the customer service.

Actually hertz had cancelled my reservation at the last moment - they let me book even if cars were not available, which sucks. Enterprise shows 'sold out' if cars not available, which is a great feature in their app. After hertz cancelled, i booked Enterprise car at this location, as it was showing available. Confirmed by calling that car is available (on a call, getting to local person at shop is super easy as well, by simply dialing "4". This helps a lot at Enterprise). And then arrived at this Enterprise facility at Medford - Excellent customer service. Folks are very hard working. I picked up a car just before noon on Saturday. Although facility closes at noon, they were very welcoming and helped, answered questions even after closing time. 5star location for sure.

I needed to rent a car quickly, and this agency went out of their way to accommodate me, and this was on a day when they were swamped with requests due to a major winter storm. I was impressed with their efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond to get me behind a rental when I needed it! Recommend this agency.

Ok prices, decent staff, but despite filling out all the information before I arrive and checking-in beforehand I’ve still never had a pickup from here that took less than 20 minutes. Hertz I’m in and out in 5 tops.
