Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise here in Medford. Makayla was so kind and actually bumped us up to an all wheel drive so we'd be safe in the winter conditions! It was truly so kind and caring. Then on our trip we ended up noticing some chips on the windshield, we were genuinely clueless as to where they came from. But I texted the help number (expecting a large bill) and they simply told me not to worry! They even offered us a new rental car to ease our mind. All in all this rental was wonderful and we'd certainly rent with them again.

They went above and beyond to make sure we got to Portland for surgery- due to a last minute issue with the car we were in need of a rental- 11pm on a Sunday when out of cars they were able to make it happen so we were on our way- made it to Portland by 5:30 am Monday right on time for surgery- thanks so much!

I'm at the airport today's the 31st of January and the gentleman that is working the front desk was very unhelpful, rude and would not do what the other three rental agency would, add me as an extra driver and my mom the prime area. I had issues with my credit card. She came in to rent it and he refused the request. He You said it sends up red flags?So basically would not ask a supervisor, like I requested. Very rude. One-Star Catastrophe: Enterprise left my family stranded! I wish I could give zero stars. Enterprise Rental Car completely failed me and my three children- one special needs child, a toddler and a NEWBORN. We arrived at the airport location after driving three hours, only to find out they had canceled our reservation without any notification. Stranded and with no car, we were left to figure out how to get home. The manager was incredibly rude and offered no help. Claims he left me a voicemail informing me of.a reservation cancelation but upon checking the message NOW WHERE did he say the reservation was cancelled-nor did i get a cancellation confirmation email or text. (I saved the voicemail) The manager suggested I check other agencies, but those rentals were double and triple the cos

I dropped of a car I picked up from another location. The gentleman waiting outside by the parking lot was super nice, fast, and helpful. Couldn't believe it that I was in and out under 3 mins. Efficient.
