I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Menomonie while my vehicle was being repaired after I hit a deer. The entire process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything very easy from start to finish. The rental car was clean and ready when I arrived. What really stood out was that they even cleaned my own vehicle before returning it to me, which I thought was such a thoughtful extra touch. It made an already good experience even better. I truly appreciated how simple they made everything during an unexpected situation. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental car. Five-star service all the way.

It was definitely the best experience Ive had renting a vehicle. Would highly recommend this location.

I didn't even know Enterprise was in Menomonie until I put my zip code in and it showed up! I had to drive to the business just to make sure it was real. Tate the rental associate was very friendly and did a great job getting me setup and ensuring everything was ready prior to my rental as well as during the rental things were OK. I will definitely rent from this location again!
