Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car rental experience here was very nice.I rented a car here for just a few days, but my personal plans changed a couple of times and I had to extend the rental. Kenny always helped me extend the rental quickly and without any problems.Nice car,great service.Thank you guys!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I made a reservation ahead of time specifically to avoid any issues, only to show up and be told that the car I reserved wasn’t even on site. No call, no warning, no attempt to notify me beforehand, just “we don’t have it.” Instead of offering a real solution, I was told I’d need to go to another location to get a vehicle. That meant paying for an Uber just to pick up a car that should have been ready where I originally reserved it. Completely inconvenient and unprofessional. What’s the point of making a reservation if the car isn’t guaranteed to be there? The whole experience felt disorganized and careless. I won’t be using Enterprise again after this.

I rent cars here because it’s right next to my work. Kenny Vargas takes good care of the shop, the cars, and the customers. It is quite a busy location but Kenny is helpful and kind. He seems to want every client to have a great vacation and a good rental car. Also, my deposit is refunded promptly, which I like. 5-stars for best service and good cars.

The rental process for the F-150 truck was hassle-free. While the branch was full of customers, I would describe it as a smooth experience. The friendly employee, Kenny, was a very professional gentleman who efficiently handled paperwork and offered clear explanations, and provided impressive customer service. I would definitely make business again with Enterprise Rent a Car.
