This place is incredibly efficient and truly amazing, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. The reason I originally started using them was after I hit a deer while taking my ex-wife’s daughter to the airport, which unfortunately resulted in an accident and required me to get a rental vehicle. I went through them with Allstate, and from start to finish they were absolutely phenomenal, so much so that when it came time for my trip to Disney World, I didn’t even hesitate to use them again for my drive from New York. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. Jalen J. was exceptional throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly break down the contract and explain each step in a clear and detailed way, including how everything would be updated once the insurance payment was processed. His professionalism, patience, and ability to make complex information easy to understand truly stood out. Jalen demonstrated strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a level of customer care that shows he is more than capable of taking on greater responsibility. I would absolutely recommend working with Jalen as a salesperson and will continue to do so in the future.

Last week I had an unfortunate event with my personal vehicle, so I had to rent a car. The dealer shuttled me to this Enterprise on 211, and for my first rental experience, I am pleased. It was after 5pm on a weekday and very last minute, but the process was smooth and leaving with a car was pleasant given my circumstances. Everyone in the office was friendly, the checkout was headache free, and the car did it's duty for me. Though I pray I won't need a rental car for these circumstances again, I would not hesitate to suggest this place for those who need a car for a planned trip or for emergencies like myself. Aiden at Enterprise Car Rental went truly above and beyond. I realized at the last minute that I needed to run home and grab my bank card, and even though it was past closing time, he waited for me so I could still get a car for the holiday weekend. That level of kindness, patience, and dedication is rare. Aiden made what could have been a stressful situation completely smooth, and I’m incredibly grateful. Everyone was awesome in there. The wait wasn't long and they had me in my car asap. They had a enough cars to upgrade me from a compact to a full size. Even when rudely customer came in they treated them with respect and were overly nice to them. Will definitely be back if I need another rental.
