Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise in Mineola. They followed up right after our insurance company submitted the ticket since I needed a car after an accident. Prince and Alex were super helpful and made everything easy. They made sure I got the car I wanted and even went to another location to get it and have it cleaned and ready. I really appreciate everything they did and couldn’t be happier with the service.

Staff and employee especially Mr. Cris of New York Garden City Turnpike, exceeded our expectations he delivers high quality work help us on our needs even we dont have a reservation. But the company should focus on improvements on their car most of them have dirty exterior. Like the one we have. No carpet.I believed thats their standard, plenty of people in their office some complaint of having a flat tire.I hope they value the people working in this office for being calm solving complex problems. Thank you for the staff.

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car several times and have always been satisfied with their service. Recently, after a car accident, I needed a rental car covered by my insurance, and once again, Enterprise did not disappoint. The agent I worked with, MD, was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I first arrived, the car I wanted was not available on the premises. However, I was able to rent a different car for one night and then exchange it the next day for a vehicle that better suited my needs. MD went above and beyond by thoroughly going over the car with me, showing me everything and how it worked. He even let me borrow a wire to charge my cell phone. Whenever I had questions, I found that the agents at Enterprise were always available by phone, ensuring I received prompt and helpful

Prince at enterprise was helpful during the rental process. Car had some damage that was already documented when I returned the car. Unfortunately it had a price of trim that was falling out of this area aswell. Was documented as new damage hopefully I won’t be charged for this. It’s just missing a plastic rivet to secure.

I was a return customer about 4x times to this location ,and the experience i received was horrible horrendous and completely disorganized the assistant manager was awesome trying every which way to help me and when the branch manager NAMED PRINCE KHALILI BROWN came over to assist, he was very,also disrespectful non caring and didn't offer any help at all ,,Due to the branch manager not knowing policy ,I wasn't able to rent a car THIS GUY WOULD NOT LET ME RENT A CAR FOR A DAY, AND ALSO WAS UNWEAR ON CREDIT CARD RETURNS, I HAD TO REACH OUT TO HEADQUARTERS THE MAIN OFFICE TO LEARN THAT HE SHOULD HAVE DEFINITELY RENTED ME A CAR FOR A DAY and that the ASSISTANT WAS CORRECT IN THE WAY HE WAS HELPING ME,DEFINITELY SINCE I WAS A RETURN CUSTOMER, THAT BRANCH MANAGER NEEDS TO BE RETRAIN AND LEARN
