The entire process of being in a car accident is an experience I would not wish on anyone. Throughout this ordeal, while your vehicle is being repaired (Thank God) you need to rent a car. Rental process was fast , car was clean , they treated me with respect and courtesy, And the back and forth from where I was picked up was a plus .

The only reason why I used them was because my car was in the body shop and they use them for loaners. The first loaner was dirty from the windows with sauce all over to the inside and outside. I took pictures and videos of the car as I seen damage on it and since it was Christmas Eve the employee was in a rush. Fast forward to when I returned the car to the body shop as told I receive a call saying my car needs to be returned and it has been at the body shop for a week already! Then a few days later I get a call about the damage to the car. What a joke good thing i had a video and pictures. Now on 1/26 I look at my account and they charged my card and claim they don’t see the transaction.
