I had an amazing experience, Dominick help me get situated with a rental with short notice! When returning the car, shawn helped make the process smooth and efficient. I recommend anyone to go to enterprise on 7th st, I will definitely be going to them for any future inquiries.

Moved to this location (even though it's 10 mins more than the Mchenry location) because the manager and clerks here are so helpful and actually follow the Enterprise protocols. Yes, the location is a little difficult to navigate (especially if there is a lot of folks there),but the service quality is worth it. ****Mchenry location****** The clicks are thorough, management, on the other hand is not so please be warned.

Omg! The most awesome quick service perfect to the T. Walked in n out within 5 minutes to get a rental - same excellent service while picking n dropping the rental. Super awesome staff, top notch cars n customer service. Thankyou guys, wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5.
