Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Would leave a no star review if it were possible, the lady who works at this location is very rude and despite Enterprises motto of “we will pick you up” don’t expect it from this location. They confirmed the car rental with my insurance but never gave me a follow up call. I proceeded to call twice before I was ever able to get an answer then was told that they wouldn’t have anything available till after 3. Why confirm a rental with insurance if you have nothing available?

Had a run-in with some deer and a gate in my work car...the gate won that fight. But Enterprise Rent-A-Car got me back on the road and back to work in a snap! And no headaches for me, because everything was handled by the insurance directly with Enterprise. I just picked up my car/keys and was back to seeing patients without the least bit of hassle! Thank you, Enterprise!

Absolute waste of time. Scheduled a rental car days in advance. No call or anything stating that they didn’t have any vehicles in stock. Now thanks to the incompetence and laziness of the worker, I am scrambling to find a vehicle. Disgusting business practice and employees.

I made a reservation wednesday to pick up a vehicle friday evening for a trip that I had planned to Oklahoma for a job that I’m scheduled to be at on Monday. I get there and was told that they didn’t have any vehicles. I never received a phone call earlier in the day letting me know that I need to make other plans. Please do not allow reservations to be made when you cannot accommodate for those reservations. the young lady at the desk was very nice and she told me that she would give me a call if anything wants to come in that evening in which I already knew I wasn’t going to receive a phone call.

Never get a car from here they never had your car ready for u the time u need it
