Seamless rental process from start to finish. Excellent about giving me a ride to and from where I needed to be. VERY clean vehicles and easy exchange for the first one where the wipers streaked on the driver's side. Responsive and respectful employees who actually answered the phone unlike the Huntersville office. I will definitely recommend Enterprise in Mooresville to anyone needing a rental. Shoutout to Cheyenne who showed me were everything was on the vehicle and how to work the seat and mirrors for optimal comfort. Kris was professional as well. I absolutely loved the Toyota Rav4 they loaned me!

I have never felt so frustrated and poorly treated by a business as I did at this location. My insurance company made a reservation two weeks ago. I have gone to this branch three separate times, and each time I was told there were no vehicles available, to call back later, or to try another Enterprise. When I asked if they could check availability at another branch, I was told that wasn’t their job. The first time I went in person, I was told there were no vehicles available. However, while I was there, tourists walked in and were offered vehicles. That made me question whether preferences are being given, especially since in my case the rental is paid by insurance as well. I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue involving the Mooresville, NC Enterprise location. This situation has resulted in my rental of nearly $700 being reversed twice between Enterprise and my financial institution, and the inability to secure a rental vehicle for planned holiday travel, and a complete breakdown in customer service despite my family’s long history as loyal Enterprise customers. On December 22, multiple attempts were made to process payment for my reserved rental vehicle. During the first attempt, my bank confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed and cleared on their end.
