Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would like to say the outstanding service we received yesterday right before closing time. The guy who assisted us was incredibly polite, professional, and patient, despite the late hour. He went above and beyond to help us and truly made a stressful situation much easier. He had an extremely positive attitude and made a significant difference in our experience. Based on his exceptional service, I would absolutely recommend this location.

The service we received at Enterprise was exceptional. The rental car provided to us was comfortable, dependable, clean & a pleasure to drive. The availability of Sirius radio was an unexpected bonus! We’ll definitely use Enterprise for any future rental vehicle needs.

Great experience today. Got into a car accident last night. Matthew went above and beyond to secure me a similar car to my own. Sure there is a bit of a surcharge but I’d rather have an all wheel drive car. Totally worth it, and this particular rental is a rarity in their fleet so I was very happy Matthew was able to find it.

Lexy is very nice to work she changed my appointment and made sure I was picked up and dropped off my driver who picked me up is also very nice and friendly

This guy Dave is excellent on a different level great great place compared to the one on Wyoming avenue Scranton Dave was so courteous and super nice compared to the service i received on Wyoming ave which wasn't warm at all David gave me a brand new straight off the lot Genesis that looks like the Maserati thank you Dave and I will take care of your precious Maserati thx again ..
