Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made an online reservation, went to pick it up they told me they’re sold out and had given my reserved vehicle to someone else. Meanwhile there were at least 10 vehicles on their lot. Did not even attempt to assist finding another rental. I’ve used enterprise for over 15 years. Definitely never the Morehead location again.

I have a corporate account with Enterprise so that’s who I always use. They are always very nice, accommodating and professional. The vehicles and service are always wonderful and seamless.

If I could leave a 100/100 I would. Nancy at this location is the best. She is always helpful and nice! This is my go to rental place. Nancy deserves a raise! 🙌👏

Enterprise is my go-to for several reasons, not least of all the excellent customer service I have received with every rental in all the years I've rented from Enterprise. The price and rewards are also fantastic, and earning free rental days is one of my favorite perks. Lastly, I've never been unable to rent a car from Enterprise when I needed it most, no matter where in the country my travels have taken me - and for that I'll always be grateful. Living in Olive Hill now, having a location local has been a Godsend, and the service here is truly impeccable.
