Very easy and pleasant experience through and through. I would highly recommend Naugatuck enterprise for your car rental needs. Car was nice and very clean. Staff was great and very helpful. 5 stars and above!!

I always get 5 star customer service whenever I go to Enterprise in general and this location holds that standard as well. They always do their best to accommodate if things go a little sideways but it's okay. The staff are very friendly and professional. I don't ever have any problems at this location whenever I pick up or return a car.

Good people work at the Rubber Road Enterprise in Naugatuck and will do whatever they can to help. That said they did not answer the phone at 415 on a tuesday, my text was answered quickly however. I picked up the suv and the tire under inflation warning came on, I had to put air in 3 of the 4 tires on a cold rainy CT evening. The vehicle also told me it was time for an oil change 2 days prior to me dropping it off. So overall I had a good experience I think maybe attention to detail woukd help a bit. I would definitely rent from this location again, they had the vehicle i wanted on short notice and communicated with me.

Excellent car service from the naugatuck branch. I would definitely rent another car from Nico and jeff. Both are extremely helpful and renting a car was fast and easy. Thank you for everything.

I wish I had checked the reviews before booking at this location. I reserved an SUV over three weeks ago, only to get a call this morning—right after completing my online check-in—saying they don’t have any SUVs available. What makes it even more frustrating is that I called yesterday to ask about the cancellation policy. During that call, I specifically asked if my reservation guaranteed a vehicle. Instead of giving me a straight answer, the representative dodged the question and repeated that they had “limited availability.” That felt very misleading, and today’s cancellation confirmed my concern. Hopefully, others see this review and think twice before renting from this location.
