Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A month ago, I rented a car from Enterprise New Haven (251 Kimberly Ave) and was given a malfunctioning vehicle with serious braking and oil issues. It was unsafe to drive on the highway. After returning the vehicle, both the branch staff and my attorney confirmed that a full refund was approved. However, I was still charged $587.09 for the five days I had to keep the broken car. It also took almost a month to receive the $3,000 refund that had been pending since the rental. Customer service kept passing responsibility back and forth instead of resolving the issue. Case #1353756.

The staff here is outstanding! They’re always attentive and go above and beyond to ensure we leave satisfied and confident in our vehicle choice. This branch has become my favorite. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and it truly feels like they see me as a person, not just a face. You’ve hit the jackpot with this team! The cars are consistently clean, fresh-smelling, and ready to go. My favorite part is driving off in a vehicle that feels safe for my family, spotless, smelling great, and with a full tank of gas. They never disappoint!

I came in town for a funeral. It was a tough time for my family and I. I chose Enterprise “Kimberly ave” for my choice because it was the closest rental location near my hotel. So glad I did. The entire staff was professional and went above and beyond. I believe one of gentleman’s name was either Nick or Nate. I think he may have been the manager. It was as Exceptional! Hats off to Enterprise and this location. I will be a future customer at this location when I am back in town.

Excellent location. Nick the manager went above and beyond to ensure I had the car I wanted. This branch is extremely professional and everyone is so nice that works here. I’ve rented here a couple of times and will keep coming back.

The 3 gentlemen I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful in placing my reservation, providing a very nice and clean car, and assisting with courtesy shuttle service. I would recommend them and rent from them again.
