Joe, the manager at the Enterprise office in New Milford, CT, is truly exceptional. He is extremely professional, kind, and always ready to help. Every time we work with him, he goes above and beyond to accommodate our requests with patience, efficiency, and a genuine desire to make things easy for us. Joe’s attitude, attention to detail, and customer care make a real difference. He consistently finds solutions, explains everything clearly, and makes the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and thoughtful in customer service. Simply put, Joe is the best. Enterprise is very lucky to have him, and we always look forward to working with him again.

they advised me to put my insurance on top of there insurance but let out other charges like a tourism charge. and said my insurance would cover it,which it didnt the rental was over 1800.00 dollars the ins co paid paid 142.00. they totaled my vehicle 3 days after the accident,my insurance company did,so needless to say im just let a attorney sort all this mess out

I can only rave about this Enterprise location, the services of which I have used on more than one occasion. During my most recent experience - one week ago - I reserved an SUV for a moving venture I was trying to wrap up. The gentleman I dealt with asked a few questions about the nature of my move and, based upon my answers, recommended a minivan (which has more room) for roughly the same price. Needless to say, his recommendation proved to be - as the saying goes - right on. In addition, although I did not feel pressured into doing so, I opted to purchase several of the optional insurances to make my travels less worrisome. This Enterprise location receives my highest recommendation and respect.
