Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I wanted to give 5 stars and give a shout out to Jackie. We needed a car with enough room for my 6 foot 7 husband and after driving home in our rental last night we realized it was too small for him. I called today and she went out of her way to find us a more accomodating vehicle at the last minute. We are going on a road trip tomorrow and I just wanted him to be comfortable and she made that happen. Thank you!!!

Great service, I rented through my company's booking program and a car was ready for me right when I arrived. They were even able to upgrade me for free which was very nice.

I wanted to post because I’m so incredibly grateful for Olivia’s kindness, customer service and all around care. I’ve had to continue extending my rental, dealing with frustrations with insurance and Olivia made every interaction seem less and easy. Will be coming back here because of her customer service and care to details.

Catastrophically bad. Phones don’t work, unable to reach them. Then no cars available at my reservation time. I asked if they could help me find a car at another location and they said there are no cars around anywhere. After waiting for two hours I Ubered myself to the airport location just to check for myself and it turns out there were multiple cars available and I was quickly on my way. Do not use this location or trust what they’re saying. Go to the airport.
