Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a really bad experience at this Enterprise location. I picked up my rental today (Chevy Malibu) and the tire pressure light came on as soon as I started driving. I went back, showed them the issue (even had a photo), and told them it could be a leak. They just put air in the tire and said it was fine. Less than an hour into my drive to Nashville for Labor Day weekend, the same warning came back on. Now I’ve lost a day with my family and have to deal with getting a replacement car during one of the busiest weekends of the year. Very disappointed that this wasn’t handled properly the first time. Enterprise Jimmy Carter Norcross GA Location: I would like to begin by acknowledging that the staff at this location have consistently been pleasant and professional. However, I have experienced several recurring issues that need to be addressed. Despite utilizing the online check-in process, the vehicle pickup process routinely takes an excessive amount of time. The cars are often not prepared in advance and are only brought around and cleaned after the customer arrives. This defeats the purpose of early check-in and creates unnecessary delays. Additionally, the overall vehicle condition upon pickup has been consistently below standard. On several occasions, I have received vehicles with dirty windshields (both inside and out), worn windshield wiper blades, and insufficient windshield w

Micaela Pessoa and Reece at the car rental desk provided truly stellar service. Micaela's knowledge and efficiency at the counter were impressive, and she clearly explained all the rental details. Reece's attentiveness during the pickup was what really stood out. Their combined effort made for an incredibly positive and memorable experience. They are a real asset to the company. I travel often and I will be back to this location for my rental needs. Thanks so much!

Awful. I made the reservation TWO weeks ago because I knew it was going to be the day before Thanksgiving. The next day I get a call confirming everything, so I believe we are set. Today I go at the designated pick-up time, only to be told that because it's the day before a holiday, the car isn't ready, which makes no sense. We live half a mile up the street so I asked Michaela to call when it is. There were people sitting there waiting with the same issue. I called two and a half hours later, "Oh, it's getting an oil change...[you're] second in line". I call again at 4:10, and am put on hold for 10 minutes because their location can see my name, and they still don't have a car for me. They kept putting me on hold, and the same stupid message started replaying about my life's "alway
