Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Steele was my main point of contact when I arrived to pick up my rental, and he was fantastic from start to finish. I had called the day before to request an earlier pickup time, and he immediately assured me it was no problem at all. I was also worried that a mid-size vehicle wouldn’t be enough space, and he helped me upgrade to a minivan without any stress. Steele went over the entire rental agreement thoroughly, explaining every term and option in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable signing. Then he walked outside with me and carefully reviewed the minivan’s exterior, pointing out what counts as a scratch and what doesn’t. Everything was clear, transparent, and professional. Because it was an insurance covered rental, I was blatantly told I wasn’t a priority. ( I was promised a vehicle comparable to the one being repaired- then the regional manager told the staff no, I couldn’t have it, because it was vacation week for regular paying customers 😳) That was a bit off-putting. They said they would put me on a list if a large SUV became available. They never called. When I called to get a vehicle with a third row after four days of waiting, and they said they had one, I drove a half hour there to show up to a vehicle that had no head rests in any of the back seats. They were all missing and I had to point that out to the staff. 😳 they never even noticed the head rests were missing.

North Attleboro team is very Accommodating and helpful to me, Steele helped us throughout a total loss vechicle process and I needed a rental a while. I thank him for his patience and time along with his kindness with us. I recommend to go there for quick, good customer service, the rates are great. Cars are great too👍 and will refer friends and family there for sure.

I was happy with their service from day 1, all the way to day 9, when I rented a car because someone hit my car. My car was towed from the scene of the accident, so Enterprise had no notice that I needed a car for an unknown number of days. The car was clean, new and ran well. I also needed to drop it off in another town, and that was easy, too.

Don't expect them to have the vehicle you reserved. A voicemail three hours before we are supposed to pickup the vehicle and says it's in the shop and isnt available. Wife spoke to them in phone and they blamed it on Enterprise website and how it isn't reliable for inventory. Great! What a clown show.
