Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very disappointing experience. My insurance company had already approved and paid for a rental vehicle for my claim. I personally went to this location twice to pick up the car, but both times were a complete waste of time. On the first day, when I arrived, the staff told me they didn’t have enough vehicles available and asked me to call later. I tried calling multiple times afterward, but no one ever answered the phone. On the second day, I went back in person again, only to be told that they do not rent vehicles to drivers with a temporary driver’s license. This policy was never mentioned during my first visit, which could have saved me a lot of time and money. Because of this poor communication and lack of professionalism, I spent over $100 on Uber just traveling back and forth, and

Excellent professional service, every single time. Since last year I have rented a car from this location about once a week or more. Rowan, Johnathan, Ryan, Joseph, and the gentleman servicing the vehicles in the shop, are all making the customer experience at this location wonderful. The level of service is unexpectedly high from these guys. Car is always clean and the check in process is quick. Thank you! This is a consistently busy location, there can sometimes be a short wait but it passes quickly. Parking is not available on-site. Call ahead for more information and you'll be greeted warmly by one of the team members.

Had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in North Brunswick! They were able to get me going really quickly and even picked me up from Caliber Collision. Got me set up with a cool car in no time. Big shoutout to Harrison for breaking down everything about the rental process and making it super easy to understand. Also want to shout out Joe for that A1 customer service — I was in and out with no hassle. Even when I returned the vehicle, they gave me a ride back to Caliber Collision, which I really appreciated. Definitely top-notch service all around. I’ll always recommend this location for anyone needing a rental in the area!

We were very satisfied with the service we received here today. We were traveling from NY to NJ for family funeral, on our way home yesterday the car we had started to have some issues, we called customer service they told us to head over to the enterprise and they would help us trade out our vehicle so we couldn't leave. Today we were helps by a very sweet young lady I forgot to get her name she was very attentive and made sure we were able to get on the road back home trading out the vehicle we came in for another one. We're so thankful

I reserved an SUV for a family trip at this Enterprise location several weeks ago. I was informed just one day before the rental that the vehicle would not be available. The store’s attempts to provide a replacement vehicle were unsuccessful, which forced me to cancel my original plans. I do not recommend this location if you’re looking for an efficient, reliable car‑rental service that will meet your needs.
