Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise just does not make sure cars they are renting are drivable. Customer service fantastic. Unfortunately car repair places have deals with enterprise. Next time my car needs service I will pay extra and go with Avis or Jertz

They gave us a car when the origional rental couldn't address a change. The staff is wonderful. Also picked us up and returned us to the hotel. (2 mile radius)

Wow. I don’t know if I’ve ever experienced better customer service. Bence was the most kind, helpful, and professional employee I've ever been assisted by. He came up with thoughtful solutions quickly, and not only understood my needs but exceeded them. I would come back to this enterprise location because of his service!!

They had only 2 cars available. My car was a piece of junk, noisy and in pretty bad shape. Car was extremely dirty and tire pressure was all messed up - had to fix it myself. When I tried to call them, gave up after 24 min listening to the same automated advertising. Enterprise... never again...

Great customer service. Was picked up at Renew Collision Center where I had dropped of my Tesla for repair. Was able to get an upgrade to another Tesla although I had initially booked a gas car. Everything went well. Car was clean and comfortable. Returned at Renew Collision and Enterprise picked up the rental from there. Great experience.
