This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I made a reservation almost two months in advance, fully confirmed, for a 15-passenger van. Everything was set. The day before my trip, at 4:00 p.m., I received a call informing me that my reservation was being cancelled due to a recall on the vehicle. Keep in mind, I was supposed to pick up the car the next morning at 10:00 a.m. Their so-called solution was to offer two vehicles, yet they were unable to confirm the size of either one. When I asked if they were at least 7-passenger vehicles, I was told “maybe” — that they could be 5-passenger or 7-passenger vehicles. Completely unacceptable when traveling with 15 people and leaving the very next day. I asked for a simple and reasonable request:
Worst rental place I’ve ever been to. The so-called manager is extremely rude. Her name is Deanna. I went to urgently rent a car and needed it the same day. She took our money and proceeded with the reservation. As soon as we went outside with the other employee to get the car, we mentioned that we had a bad experience because the manager was being super mean. He kept asking why she was being mean and said he “needed to know.” He then went back inside and claimed the manager wasn’t being rude. I told him, “How would you know she wasn’t rude when you weren’t inside with us?” He was outside the entire time we were dealing with the manager. They ended up canceling the reservation just because we expressed how we felt—after taking our money and going back and forth with us. I already contacte
I was very impressed with the care and service I received from the North Miami team during my recent rental experience. Jason who was the driver assigned to picked me up at my dealership, where my personal vehicle was needing to be serviced for multiple days, was so personable and friendly on the way to the Rental Center. Upon arrival at the North Miami Branch location I was greeted and helped with the rental process by Customer Rep. Marc as well as Branch Manager Deanna, who was also actively attending to customers during this busy mid-day. Their professionalism and efficiency assisted in getting me a vehicle in a timely manner and got me on my way to face the rest of my day. The manager, Deanna, was extremely rude. The way she speaks to customers is unacceptable. When one of the employees asked me how the service was, I explained that the way she treated me was unprofessional. The employee then went inside to let her know how I felt after he was actually on his way out to give me the car after Deanna had already told me the reservation was ready. She then proceeded to say that if I felt she was rude, she could easily cancel my reservation — even though she had just told me everything was ready and the employee was bringing me the keys. At 12:03, she told me my reservation was completed, and at 12:16, she canceled it. The service was unacceptable, especially coming from the manager of that branch. I had initial agreement 1VBxxx and the car broken down after 150 miles from Miami. I had 5 luggages and 3 people . When I went to Fort Meyers airport enterprise to exchange the car , the manager was very rude and only gave a small Mitsubishi mirage or offer me a bus . He didn’t give any suvs when I can see lots are there. Enterprise values fresh booking more than exchange even if it is their fault as they value money more it seems. I drove that vehicle with my life risk to Siasta Key. Next day when I go for exchange I heard same story . Since I have to drive back to Austin I need a suv I left with no other option but book a new one with rental agreement 1VRNxxx at Bradenton FL 34207.
