Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Lisa at our local North Platte Enterprise car rental went above and beyond to help me when I had to rent a vehicle through my insurance. She is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to help in the best way she could!

The employees are amazing! Nice and friendly. Cars are new and clean. Definitely renting from them again.

I needed a rental car after my car was in an accident, and Enterprise was fantastic! They got me into a car quickly, and the checkout process was a breeze. The ladies working there were incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding. The car was clean, in great condition, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I'm a truck driver who hasn't been home in 3 months, finally got close enough to do so but when hertz/thrifty couldn't provide a car they tried their best to get me into a car here at enterprise when there was a long waiting list. They let me know a van was going to be returned from their shop within an hour, set up my reservation within 5 minutes and offered me a ride to a nearby breakfast restaurant while I waited. Couldn't have felt more cared for as a customer. Definitely a golden star.

There is a lot of misinformation in the reviews from people who are not used to car rentals or are too entitled to their demands. It sucks to break down and not have a car available because of technological issues, miscommunication, or availability. They are a small rental facility and can only do so much. I broke down last night, and it was -18 F outside. I got to the hotel and had to change my trip plans. I rented a car through the website to drop me off at Denver airport. They were kind enough to communicate that the availability on the website was not correct, and they had a waiting line. Also, they reached out with a small option (that I happily took) and even offered to pick me up at my hotel. They try their best to go the extra mile for their clients, but they can't make miracles.
