Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been renting from this location for several years, and it’s always a great experience. The location is excellent—right on a main road and conveniently next to a gas station, which makes refueling before returning the car very easy. The office is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. They even gave me a ride to the Enterprise car rental lot, which I really appreciated. I also received a free upgrade, which was a nice bonus. The pickup and return process was smooth and hassle-free. I didn’t have any issues or complaints. Overall, highly recommended!

Fairly pleased. There was a vehicle available when I needed it. Unfortunately, it wasn't one of the cleaner ones (Mazda CX30). Evidently, a person who paints or does construction left permanent white smudges all over the interior. I got 5 miles away and the low oil level light went on. The person I spoke to when I called suggested I could take it to Speedee as they had a relationship with them. Instead of going back for another car, I had time and went to the Speedee down the road and was in and out in 15 minutes.

I rent cars often. Whenever we have a car repair we always come to this location. I have never had a problem, until this time. I was rented a car that apparently was more than my insurance covered. I was not told that at the time of the rental. The person that picked me up and brought me to Enterprise actually told me in the parking lot "this is the size car your insurance has for you, would you like to just take this one?" I was fine with taking the car, gave them my credit card and was told I owed tax on the rental and that I would have a refundable deposit placed on my card. Unfortunately, none of the interaction was true. I ended up calling to see why my deposit wasn't refunded to find out the amount for the car I had wasn't fully covered by my insurance. Very clean vehicle. At the time, I rented the red Compass that was available. The RF & LF tire pressure were completely off (51 on LF & 28 on RF), so the ride was slightly odd. But it was a miniscule ride difference, for the most part. No complains anywhere else. Both car and customer service was smooth and necessarily informational. GO PHILADELPHIA EAGLES!!!!

Employees here are super nice and helpful. Got me in and out quick. Accidentally left 300$ in center, Jessie, a worker here was honest enough to inform me about if before I left.
