I had a great experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, a special thanks to, Eric. Although I didn’t meet him in person, he was incredibly helpful over the phone and went out of his way to facilitate my rental. He was patient, kind, and truly listened, helping turn an otherwise frustrating situation into a much smoother one. I’m very appreciative of his professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. Experiences like this really make a difference. Highly recommend this location! And will book all future car rentals at Enterprise. Thank youuuuuu!

The team at Oakland was fantastic they were very friendly and helpful. From start to finish it was easy to get my rental car and dropping me off after I returned the car. I will definitely be using them again

The best car rental agency that I've worked with in 20 years! Seriously, they are all so helpful, sweet cars and they truly are the best around. My latest representative, Katelyn was absolutely awesome and made my day. Eric has helped me in the past and he remembered me from a few years ago. Talk about customer service !!!!! Easy, extremely great price and great staff. Don't tell too many people, because I like getting great cars at a really low price.
