Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff were very rude and unprofessional, I was sent to this location by the insurance company who had arranged us a reservation for a vehicle with them. As I walked in I said “good afternoon “ none of them replied. I told them why I was there and the lady in the red hair just asked my name and said there was nothing for me, even after being sent there by the insurance company. After that she try to ask for help from the man and he didn’t even care. So we all stayed there in silent until I called the insurance again. I tried to dial the number that the insurance provided to me and it rang straight to their phone after saying it wasn’t with them. They didn’t even offer to help or look at another store and try to contact them to help me. They all just sat there on their phones , I got on

If I could do zero stars for this location I absolutely would! Darbie made me pay an extra $105 on top of original charge $405 (the original $105 plus $300 hold). I was confused because normally I only have to swipe my car for the hold to fall off not be charged again when returning the vehicle. I went ahead and paid the extra $105 to get my money back so the original $405 would be returned. This was February 12,2026. I have been extremely patient and understanding until today February 25, 2026. I spoke with my bank and due to them charging me with different cards my bank couldn’t do anything until Enterprise took the lock off of my hold. I got my bank and enterprise on three way, Durbie I assume didn’t know what she was doing decided to attempt to handle the situation herself instead of p

So I was having a horrible day after my personal car decided to betray me but the customer service and shining personalities at Enterprise really cheered me up! Alicia helped me with obtaining a rental and she conducted the walk through with me. When I returned the car, she greeted me by name which was very warm and personable! She also asked about my personal car which I found very polite!! Friendliness is underrated these days.

I can't recommend this rental place enough! As someone who frequently travels for work, I've used this location multiple times and have always found it to be incredibly reliable. They consistently have availability, which makes my travel planning so much easier. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Nick and T, in particular, stand out for their kindness and professionalism. They are always accommodating and go out of their way to ensure that my rental experience is smooth and hassle-free. If you're looking for a great rental service with friendly staff and excellent availability, this is definitely the place to go! It's my preferred location for a reason.

I had a wonderful and easy experience with them. It was initially a challenge to get someone on the phone but once I spoke with them, they were friendly and accommodating. They were very efficient and quick and provided excellent customer service. I worked with T, the mgr, on the first day when picking up my rental and Darby on the last day when returning the rental. Both days they took me from and to the body shop.
