Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I love this location. I have a long-term rental from here due to my own vehicle having been recalled. The first gentleman who set up the rental was perhaps the most professional and helpful rental car agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When that vehicle needed to be switched out so it could have its registration renewed, Anthony was AMAZING! He found me the exact same make, model, and year of vehicle within a few hours of my first call to him. Even though the reservation is kinda odd because it's being paid for by my recalled car's manufacturer, he found the reservation information instantly without me having to dig for paperwork. EXCELLENT customer service. I will only go to this branch when i rent a car. Leo was so help for and accommodating i was so appreciative he went above and beyond! i highly recommend this branch every one that works here is absolutely incredible!

Anthony was of great help and took my concerns/complaints emphatically (didn’t admit wrong doing, just really heard me out) instead of pushing back defensively like the other gentleman, Leo, who was of great help too until I expressed a concern/complaint he resulted to offering me incentives just to get me to stop talking instead of just hearing me out. Not everyone speaking up wants free stuff, they just want to be heard and get it resolved. You can buy loyalty, it’s earned. Last week I had to get a rental because someone crashed into my car. This Orange Villa location is under staff and busy on a Monday. It took a while to get help since there was only 3 guys in this huge location. Anthony helped me and was so thorough from start to end. He has a calming voice and made the process easy. Lots of people waiting inside, phone just ringing and ringing and no employees anywhere in site…for a very long time. Apparently there is only one person working here, and that person does everything from processing customer rentals to cleaning, fueling and moving vehicles. After being here for 30 minutes, we asked what we are waiting for….because we were never informed. Apparently the only employee here had to clean our car. When we asked about this, the employee (who said she is the branch manager) got really snippy about it with my wife, so clearly she is over stressed. As her and my wife were talking, she tells my wife “staring at me is not going to help anything.” Wow! …so uncalled for.
