Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was able to get an electric vehicle I wanted. It needed to be in the luxury realm! It was a Lucid!! Which was higher end like I needed!! I was picked up by the manager of Port Hueneme office. She had no electric vehicles so she called your Thousand Oaks Branch which had a Lucid. So she did a temporary rental and I drove to Thousand Oaks Branch to pick up the car they held for me. The lady that helped me couldn’t have been nicer! I believe her name was Izzy. Sorry if I have her name wrong. I needed the car over a month as my car had to go into the body shop. It turned to be 6 weeks. I returned it extremely quickly and easily at the Thousand Oaks Branch!! I hope that upper management will see this review!! Had to get a rental because my car was getting fixed in The body shop because of an accident that wasn't my fault. It was paid for by the other insurance, although I did pay a little extra for a nicer car option. I got my deposit back with just doing the little extra pay as agreed upon. Customer service was really nice and helpful, I believe her name was Crystal, she was a rockstar making sure everything for me was taken care of even getting me a ride to and from the body shop. No complaints.

I had the please of dealing with Crystal at the Enterprise located at 1345 S. OXNARD Blvd. Oxnard CA 93030. This business is easy to find with plenty of parking. The customer area is clean and inviting. Crystal was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to what my needs were and she made renting a car a breeze. The vehicle was clean and ran perfectly. Communicating with me during the duration of my rental contract was a plus. I highly recommend Crystal, her staff and facility for all car rental needs. KUDOS

One of the worst experiences I have ever had an I’m going to bring it up yet again because corporate refuses to do anything about it so I’m going to leave it here to make sure other customers see it I rented a car , they didn’t have it they told me to wait , I waited 2 hours and they said they’d come pick me up it took another two hours , they lied about the ETA they called me and said that they were in their way and somehow a 10 minute drive took them 2 hours (BTW they never actually arrived to my house ) Once I got to the actual location they had no urgency to give me my rental even though I had told them it was urgent due to personal matters , the lady at the front took her sweet time even after knowing who I was and howling I had been waiting The car they gave me was borderline not

The service was great and they could've had 5 stars but I did experience a flat tire and found myself replacing a rental. The good thing was there was no fuss. They switched everything out in less than 15 minutes but if you are ever in my shoes I learned that you can take it to any jiffy lube for free service.
