What a great experience we had. We needed a car for a week while our car was getting body work. The employees were great. Especially Jolie who helped me. We ended up with this great car. We enjoyed having a cool ride for the week. Jolie helped us again today,as we returned it. She was as sweet as can be. We will always use Enterprise in Park Ridge. Very dependable and easy to work with. Thanks Jolie!

I’ve rented from this location a few times, this last time it was thru my insurance. Insurance company scheduled for a Saturday pick up. I came in on Monday thinking it would be ready. I arrived and the lady upfront said we don’t have too many vehicle’s available. The one available was still dirty but give them 10 minutes to clean. The lady was annoyed the whole time. It was like I was bugging her. See photo of the car. When I returned it , they had taken close to 600$ when my insurance told me that I shouldn’t pay anything because we weren’t at fault, that both drivers insurance companies will handle the bill. When I got there I had 3$ outstanding and wouldn’t let me have the receipt until I paid. I offered to pay cash but they don’t accept cash. I offered Apple but they don’t accept Ap

Stellar Customer Service!! In the middle of winter in Chicago—absolutely hard to find. The manager in charge of training the employees at this location needs to be promoted. The Skokie location on Skokie Blvd btw Howard & Main is absolutely a polar opposite! The manager needs to be retrained along w/the employees he manages. Unfortunately, his bad apple has affected the entire staff at the Skokie location. As a repetitive Enterprise customer being treated as an annoyance w/a resolution to push me to O’Hare was an embarrassment for myself—brands I use are a direct reflection of myself. Park Ridge & O’Hare save Skokie from being reported for incorrect charges and verbal promises not in alignment w/their business actions. I'm sorry i never rented a car that had quarter tank of gas immediately had to drive down to a Gas station. Maybe this is common practice. I've never come across it. They were pretty quick at the desk the other issue was, they have no parking available.You have to go pay across the street at the train station. I found that a little bit odd. But I needed the vehicle
