Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Peachtree City was extremely disappointing and fell well below expectations. I called promptly at 8:00 a.m. to schedule a pickup and remained on hold for approximately 30 minutes, being placed on hold multiple times. When I finally reached someone, I was asked for my last name and then placed on hold again while my reservation was verified. After another 15 minutes, I was told the branch was short-staffed and that someone would call me within 20 minutes to arrange a driver. That call never came. After waiting 45 minutes with no follow-up, I arranged for an Uber and went to the location myself. Good evening, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a situation related to my rental. I am dissatisfied with the customer service I have received so far, as well as the vehicle I was assigned. Before I begin explaining the situation, I would like to mention that all the individuals I have spoken with, in person and on the phone, have been pleasant and professional. I was issued a Hyundai Tucson at the Peachtree City, GA, location for RA# XXXXX. This rental is an insurance claim due to an accident. When I received the vehicle, I noticed minor windshield damage (likely from a rock) and smears and streaks on the windows. In addition, the console area was dirty with crumbs and even an old press-on nail. The cleanliness of this rental was slightly disappointing,

Solid location, nice employees, promises kept. Don't let the crazy steep driveway scare you away. I usually rent from Avis with my preferred status but they have made themselves 0 for 2 at the ATL airport. This time, management overbooked and left the employees scrambling to get cars for everyone, which caused a huge 2 hour line at the Preferred desk. They did their best but all that was available was a janky highlander with warped brakes. Enterprise in PTC saved our family vacation. They immediately reserved a Jeep Grand Wagoneer for us and were very helpful and professional at pickup. Now we have a safe, spacious, nearly brand new vehicle. I will be switching over to Enterprise for future family trips and business trips.

The smell in there is terrible!!! Customer service is horrible!!! They don't answer the phone so you can inform them you may be late picking up the rental. I was told to call with any changes to my rental to inform them I will be late. Only to get there and have no 7 passenger available. Mind you as I was waiting in line to be helped the gentleman asked another customer how many passengers were there she said 5 and they gave her a Durango(meant to seat 7). They then tried giving me a SUV with a cracked windshield. After waiting for almost 2 hours the male associate tried to get me in a Malibu and proceed to take me to the back where they clean and wash the cars to do a walk around while they was still cleaning the car!!! I recently had a poor experience with the vehicle I rented not be available upon my arrival after being contacted just 2 hours prior. I cannot find the name of the district manager as the branch manager is who I had the poor experience with. A call or out reach from a higher level would Be appreciated.
