Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the pleasure of being helped by Shannon while I was renting a vehicle at this business. My vehicle had been rear ended and my wife and I were having a baby at any day so needless to say I was not in the best spirits. Shannon helped me thoughtfully with the transaction and explained everything to me thoroughly. She made it easy to understand with the paper work as well as going over the features of the vehicle. 5 Stars to Shannon as it was a pleasure to be helped by her!!!

All well. Satisfied with the vehicles and service. Not happy with the "hidden costs". ("Let the Customer be aware) Will still utilize Enterprise. (With more attention to the fine print)

Shannon in customer service was outstanding. Courteous, friendly, responsive and helpful. Car was good. James who drove me home also very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!

I came here to get a vehicle that was fit three adult males and two kids. They didn't have it so I went to two other rent a car places. They were very nice here and because of that when I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else I came back here to get my car. I left Enterprise and went to budget and Hertz and still couldn't get the car I wanted and so instead of just getting a car from one of those places I came back here because the customer service here was so good. If I came back to New Jersey I will come here again.

I had a good fortune to use enterprise car rental while my vehicle is being repaired. They provided excellent service made the transaction so easy and deliver the vehicle and picked it up when I went back to pick up my car at the car repair awesome system. Enterprise gets an A+ plus plus!
