Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The store came in clutch when a deer threw itself into my car. For about a month, I was driving a rental from Enterprise. I loved the experience. The customer service was great. They stayed in contact with me each week letting me know about the progress of my insurance and the rental. They were very quick about getting me a car, which I greatly appreciated it. I would recommend.

The customer service was great both guys were very welcoming. This was my first time using the Perry location and the process was the fastest I’ve ever had dealing with enterprise. I will definitely be using this location when I purchased my rentals long as the customer service is as great as it was this past week.

This is by far the worst rental car location I’ve ever dealt with. The staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in -rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, they acted like I was bothering them just by being there. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority for this location. The car itself was not clean, and the process took way longer than it should have. To top it off, when I asked simple questions, the responses were short, snappy, and condescending. I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of other locations out there that actually respect their customers — this one clearly does not.
