Employees at the Pico Rivera location are very friendly and helpful. Every time I've gone they're very busy, but yet take the time with each person and help them as much as they can. They go above and beyond and even though the environment looks overwhelming, they stay calm. Customer service is definitely their number one goal there. They worked with me and helped me to get an SUV when there was not any available. I returned the vehicle just a few minutes after closing, and instead of turning Me away and say we're closed, he took the vehicle and helped me with the return. They even offered to stay a few minutes more so I can put the rest of the gas that I needed so I won't be charged. I was just so impressed with their level of customer service. I've been to multiple Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The reviews made me a bit nervous to give this place a try, but it ended up being the best place to rent a car from. I had one of the best experiences renting a car. Victoria made everything easy to understand and definitely was one of the best at customer service. She was so sweet, patient, and kind with me. They worked with my price range and even got me the car I wanted. Also, This place had good rates for car rentals compared to others I’ve rented from.
