Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car was in the shop for almost two weeks. Enterprise made the rental experience basically flawless and very easy for me. They dropped the rental off at my auto body shop and picked it up. And it was a good car. Very happy with them and would give them priority on any future rental. Zero complaints, only compliments. Don’t recall my representatives name (sorry), but she was great.

ATTENTION ENTERPRISE HQ: You need to shut down this branch immediately. This morning, I became another customer in what I have discovered is a year plus long line (according to Google Maps reviews I read) of customers who have reserved a car for pickup online only to arrive at this absurd excuse for an Enterprise branch and be told “Too bad, we don’t have any cars.” The attendant and the manager were beyond unhelpful. They were dismissive, behaving as this kind of bait-and-switch is normal business for them. Again, just look at the 1 star reviews on Google Maps and you will see that THIS IS A REGULAR ISSUE for this branch. Enterprise- your comments saying “we want to look into this further” are clearly void of any action to correct the issues at this branch, otherwise I wouldn’t have go

Very pleased with the service from Jamie. I took my family on a vacation across the country. Enterprise provided us with the perfect vehicle for our 3,200 mile trip. This is definitely my go to car rental agency and location. The employees are very friendly, helpful and accommodating!! The rental process was quick and easy. Prices are extremely reasonable without having to search for promos or coupon codes ! :) Pittsfield Ma.

We were in a car accident that wasn't our fault and we needed a rental car. We went to Enterprise and got the car and everything was great. We had to put a $100 deposit down that we were told we'd get back when we return the car. We ended up using the car for approximately 2 weeks and returned it in the same condition we picked it up. When we got there we were told we could not have our $100 back because the the insurance company of the driver who is at fault had it paid for the last 4 days of our rental car. They said we couldn't have our money back until the insurance company paid the bill. It's been about 3 weeks since and we still don't have our money. This accident was not our fault, the payments from the insurance company are not our responsibility and we did everything we were suppo
