Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Shannon and Guillermo are incredibly friendly and professional! They always greet everyone with a smile. They remember my name and my preferences with certain services (Car play is a must!) and always go above and beyond. It’s always a great experience renting from Enterprise Port Chester.

This location is terrible. They NEVER have the rental you reserve. A few weeks ago I reserved a pickup truck, don’t have one and can’t get me one? Why is it listed as available to rent and why call to confirm the rental if you don’t have it? Today, same issue. I rented a big SUV, they say I can have a crossover suv dodge Durango. Again, called to confirm and confirmed online data before but the rep (Shannon) said “we can’t find a large SUV.” Ok… so you mean to tell me out of enterprise’s entire fleet of thousands of vehicles, you couldn’t get me that vehicle I reserved almost 2 weeks prior? Incredible BAD service here. I do not recommend this location.

Thank you so very much for the help with my broken down vehicle and travel schedule. The Port Chester NY staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you thank you thank you! I truly cannot express how helpful they were and how much they did to help my daughter and I get to Boston then get back to NY and assistance picking up my vehicle. We made it home safe. Thanks again!

If you come to enterprise and Molly helps you she is amazing and very pleasant to be helped from. I will defiantly recommend coming to this location to rent a car

I want to thank Shannon for her outstanding customer service, patience, and professionalism in taking the time to make me feel like a valued customer. She was working the 160 Main St. location by herself and managed to ensure I received all information requests upon my rental return. Guillermo is also in the same class, as his attention to detail and quality service made the rental experience at Enterprise also very positive. A very well-managed location, and much appreciated.
