We have rented before at the Ptown Airport location. Keep in mind the location is very small and with a tightly, limited inventory. When we arrived there was nobody there just yet but there was a sign posted to call for any assistance. Someone picked up right away and informed us the rental agent was on their way. Easy check-in. Car was very new about 1K on the odometer, clean and 3/4 tank of gas. Return was equally fast and efficient. Thanks Enterprise! We will be using you again in our vacations. 🙌🏽👍🏽
Be aware, be aware, be aware. I reserved a car to pick up in Provincetown on Friday afternoon. Enterprise called me on Thursday to confirm the rental and pickup Friday at 3. At 2:30 PM on Friday, Enterprise called me to say that they did not have a car for me. They, of course, had excuses, but, in the end, they were absolutely of no help. As a consequence, I will miss a big family event this weekend.
The experience was exceptional at the Provincetown airport. The attendant was nice, courteous and went out of his way to make sure my expectations were met.
Paid for a full size and got a Kia Soul (classified a sub compact by Edmonds). Should have saved my money and rented a sub compact to begin with.
They will make a reservation and tell you to pick it up, but will quite frequently not have it ready or available. They also only staff a person there seasonally. Don't call corporate call the Orleans branch directly.
