Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was one of the most unacceptable and alarming experiences I have ever had with any rental company. Enterprise rented me a vehicle that was mechanically unsafe and severely cosmetically damaged. The car should never have been released to a customer. This was a clear failure of basic inspection and safety standards. When I returned the vehicle to report these issues, the situation escalated dramatically. An employee named Jason became aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. He refused to provide a supervisor’s name or contact information and falsely claimed the manager was “in another room,” yet the manager never appeared despite repeated requests. At the same time, Jason was arguing with another customer over the phone, using a mocking tone and saying things like “yeah,

Had a wonderful experience renting a car here. Booked the cheapest rate about 40 mins before I picked it up, and they had a perfectly clean Ford Escape ready for me. Staff were very friendly and competent. Both getting the car and returning it were quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend and will come back should I ever need a car rental in Puyallup again.

I had a great experience with their customer service. I got a rental car from them through insurance from June 30th to July 16th while my car was in the repair shop. It was very nice and clean. The person who brought the car was very professional and explained everything to me before I got it. They worked everything with the insurance. They also gave me the option to get their own rental insurance while renting the car, but I used my own and it worked great. The return was easy peasy. Highly recommended!

Corban is not a nice person AT ALL! Just have to say that before I even start the rest of this - that is how 'not nice' he is! Now that is out of the way ..... Some facts about our mindset when we entered this transaction with River Road Enterprise in Putallup WA. 1) We have rented cars for other people SEVERAL times in the last 15 years. ) We ALWAYS rent our cars through Costco Travel because you get a second driver for 'free'. 3) Up until we rented from THIS Enterprise this time, we thought we were a solid never look at another car rental agency again type customer! I set up the rental for a family of 5 through Costco, like I always do. I put the car rental in the other persons name, like I always do and like Enterprise has told me to do in the past... and even the fine print on the

These guys down here are awesome. Pick me up from Toyota got me hooked up with the convertible Mustang that That I used and felt good about the team down. There is great. Go see these guys.
