Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I normally would rate this place 5 stars as the people here are all really customer-centric and typically provide great service. I rent with Enterprise between 250-300 nights a year for work. I am marking them to 3 stars because of a recent bad experience I had that left a sour taste in my mouth. Long story short, I dropped off a rental yesterday morning to this branch and candidly only drove it 3 miles the whole time I had it. (Home from there and then back to return it.) I parked it in my garage overnight and dropped it off yesterday morning after realizing I rented it and did not even need it for the day for work. I rent cars here 3-4 times a month for a week at a time. The crew behind the desk consistently has a smile everytime I am in whether they are serving me or another customer. Even though it's a corporation it feels like a quaint family run business. Give them a try!

Every time I visit the Raynham, Ma location, Brandon and his team makes me feel genuinely welcome. The staff’s friendly and professional attitude really sets the tone for a great rental experience. I was also impressed by how clean the vehicle was. It’s clear that this team takes pride in maintaining to high standards, which made for a comfortable and pleasant drive. Matthew, Management Assistant, was extremely helpful, pleasant, expedient. The rest of his crew also were efficient. Location was clean, car was very clean, new. I recieved timely remInder emails, text messages. Could not have had a more pleasant interaction, experience, very grateful to Matthew and his crew at Raynham Enterprise.
