The service here is consistently top-notch, and the team always goes out of their way to make the process quick, smooth, and stress-free. A huge shout-out to Joelle, who for my first ever rental welcomed me with a great attitude and walked me through my options with patience and professionalism. Great customer service, clean cars and clean office. The people who work here are friendly and professional. I really enjoyed working with them. I rented a car while my car was getting repaired nearby at Atlas Auto body. They picked me up from the auto body shop, drove me to the office, and had all the paperwork ready to complete. They were extra patient and helpful as I needed to figure out info with my car insurance. Shout out to Salim for his fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend this company and would use their service again in the future.

I reserve my right to update this review but so far five-star service they waited for me even though I was mistaken about the time they would stay open till I got there at 4:05 when they closed at 4:00. Thinking that they close at 4:30 and they had my car ready. They even upgraded me. The staff was all pleasant. They were in a great mood even though it was New Year's Eve Top Notch service signed up for Enterprise. I'll probably be back

Everything about my experience with Enterprise in Revere, MA was excellent. From my initial phone call with Enterprise to the courteous and professional staff member who picked me up at the auto body shop, every step was handled with care. I especially appreciated the knowledgeable and accommodating service provided by Salem Belkebir, Asst Manager, and Vladimir, Branch Manager, at the Revere location, who went above and beyond by letting me sit in two different rental vehicles to find the most comfortable option for my back issues. To make the experience even more convenient was that I was able to leave the rental vehicle at my body shop and Enterprise retrieved it. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a smooth and positive experience, thanks to your outstanding team. I
