Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This vehicle is disgusting. Grime and grease. Dirt and debris. Absolutely everywhere. Not one place where there is not some sort of dirt. From the very first look at the vehicle I was hesitant to believe that the car was cleaned. It has a pungent smell that would not go away for hours. Smelled like a medical spray. It was just so harsh. Pointing out the sand in the back seat. The staff member offered to re-vacuum the vehicle which I gladly accepted. Even after that it was still filthy. Down to the speakers. Had some sort of spill on them. Inside and out seemed like it was completely overlooked. The whole entire vehicle. You can see where things were split and just left there to dry. After experiencing mechanical problems on I-75 near Tampa, I knew I had to seek help from Enterprise. At about 5:20, I phoned the location in Riverview, FL. I held on for about 20 minutes before Sean answered. I explained the situation and told him I had set the GPS toward his location. He said he couldn’t help me and wanted me to drive to the Tampa airport, about 40 miles away. I told him the vehicle probably couldn’t make it safely, but I would be at his office in about 10 minutes. He said he couldn’t help me. We arrived at the Riverview location about 5:50. They took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and easy, with no hidden fees. It’s rare these days to find such consistently great customer service, but these guys absolutely delivered.
