Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We have relied on this location for our rental needs for several years and the service has consistently been exceptional. They are our primary choice for car rentals, and their team has gone above and beyond to support us. Thank you to Brayden and your team for always being there for us.

Braden (hope I spelled his name right) is always helpful and has provided excellent customer service every time (several rentals so far). They usually have a few options to choose from that fit my needs but the one time they didn’t he got me into something that was a good alternative. I rent a car from that location at least monthly and I will definitely be coming back!

We were stuck at the Hampton so they picked us up. We barely used the car but it was a good little car. Backseat looked pretty stained up but we didn’t need it. Staff was excellent as they called to check in the second day. We ended up renewing the car two more days and they were super chill and helpful. Very reasonable and simple process.

This Enterprise is not at the airport. It's 20 minutes away in Rock Springs. The taxi ride from the airport to the Enterprise location is $60-70 with tip, one way. They will not pick you up or drop you off at the airport so plan on adding $140 to your rental fee. Uber does not always go to the airport either.

Is it possible to give no star? My wife was being ambulanced to Salt Lake for surgery one night. I needed a car to follow the next day. I went on line and Enterprise at Rock Springs offered many many models available. I made the reservation. On the way to get the car the guy calls, a few minutes before my pick up time, and says he has no cars. I ended up at the airport at Budget. I have used Enterprise for years with no or very few minor issues. Beware of this location. I later heard I am not the only person who has had this issue. If in fact he had no cars why did I see one of everything on line? I might have a better understanding if there was only one type car listed for rental. Enterprise Corp will also be getting my complaint. Worst possible service at the worst possibl
