So I had a reservation at the airport. They let me reserve it for noon. Didn't say they also close at noon. I got there at 12:07 they were gone already. So I ran to this location hoping they could swap the reservation. Elijah was the one who took care of me. Couldn't ask for better service. He got me in and out knowing I was trying to leave for vacation. Didn't have my audi like I was hoping for. But the car was reliable and comfortable. Which is what I needed. Thanks again Elijah.

I was pleased with the service and the vehicle I rented. The staff was very professional and although extremely busy at the time I was there waiting for my rental car, they were very apologetic for the wait time and did their very best to accommodate everyone there in a timely manner. The car was in extremely good condition and I did not experience any problems. My whole deposit was returned back to my credit card the same day I returned the car. I will continue to use Enterprise for my future car rental needs.

Enterprise always provides great service. They picked me up from the auto body shop, and gave me a ride back to the shop after i returned the rental. Very smooth process.
