WARNING — NO LOYALTY POINTS FOR TRUCK RENTALS I booked a truck from this location for work and set up my rewards program, expecting to earn points like always. When I called to add the rental to my account, I was surprised to be told that trucks don’t qualify for points. When I asked why, the answer was simply: “We don’t give points for trucks.” That makes zero sense. I even called customer service and was told the points would show up at the end of my rental (which also doesn’t make sense—what if I wanted to use my points during the rental?). But before ending the call, I double-checked and was told again: “No, trucks don’t qualify.” When I asked why, the rep admitted: “I don’t know, but I’ll pass it along.” So here’s the warning: check carefully before booking. Elementary level negligence…. Here’s me following my girlfriend back to Enterprise because they rented us a car with no brake lights and only reverse lights that come on when you hit the brakes. Now that we are late for a function across Texas we are sitting and waiting for them to get us another car - hopefully it’s brake lights work. Glad I noticed as we were driving out of town. Don’t these cars go through a rigorous inspection process? No, they don’t - not here.

The entire staff customer service was great and I appreciate the no hassle in the car rental process. I was in and out in a few minutes; plus I was crushed for time but they were not aware of my timeframe yet it was fast. Great service! 😃

Always inspect the vehicle thoroughly—inside and out—before renting. Make sure every existing issue is documented and clearly written into the contract before signing. Do not rely on the assurances of their customer service representatives. In my case, I was told not to worry about pre‑existing damage on the plastic side cover of the seat, yet when I returned the car, ENTERPRISE charged me for repairing that same damage. I strongly recommend avoiding doing business at this location.

I Had reserved a vehicle at the highway 6 location, checked in, and when I got there, they gave my vehicle away to someone else and told me there was no eight passenger or seven passenger mini vans available at any location. I was stuck and needed a vehicle to drive family to My niece's wedding in North Carolina. I called the Rosenberg location and spoke with Manny who went above and beyond to help me get a 8 passenger vehicle the same day. They saved the day I was able to get the flower girl and a wedding party safely to North Carolina. Thank you Manny, Esther and Zubin 🙏🏾 I greatly appreciate your help and your kindness keep up the great work. Happy customers Tish and family.
